Families interested in the option to register for programs online for the first time are required to complete a PIN & Login ID Request Form.

To receive your family PIN and Login ID an email address must be written clearly in the proper space designated on the form. PIN and Login ID codes are emailed within 2-3 business days from submission of your form.
