    Functional Fitness Studio (FSS)

    Whether you are a beginner interested in supervised circuit training or an athlete looking for high intensity conditioning, the Functional Fitness Studio (FFS) is the place to be!

    In the Studio, members can perform functional exercises designed to optimize fitness using their body weight, TRX® Suspension Trainers, Kettlebells, Plyo Boxes, and other strength training equipment.

    Learn to create workouts that will train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities.
