Day Off Fun Zone

Looking for some fun filled activities on your day off of school? Day Off Fun Zone is the place to be! Join your friends for a structured day of on-site and off-site adventures including arts and crafts, active games, themed activities and more! The program includes a different field trip each day. Day Off Fun Zone is for K-5th grade. The Day Off Fun Zone dates for the first semester are listed below.
Please note: bring a sack lunch and snacks daily. Institute Days and School Holidays are not included in the Kids’ Zone installment plan. Day Off Fun Zone programs requires separate registration at least one week prior to the date. The program is held at Western Avenue School, 1500 S. Western Avenue. Registration for all day off trips is required one week prior. Phone registration is NOT available for day off trips. Online registration is NOW AVAILABLE!

Thanksgiving Break Fun
Gobble your way to Thanksgiving with the Kids’ Zone staff as we prepare for the holiday. Start the day with a variety of games and activities, then head out for the field trip. Participants will enjoy more games and activity options once they return. The Day Off Fun Zone is held at Western Avenue School. Please note: no programs offered 11/27 and 11/28. Registration for Day Off Fun Zone Programs are required one week prior. Phone registration is not available for this program. Online registration is NOT AVAILABLE until Fall 2025!

Due to construction, Winter Day Off Fun Zone will be held at Harrison Street School (201 N Harrison Street). Please note: no programs offered 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 and 1/1. Day Off Camp Coyote
Get outside and experience the incredible natural world! Camp includes nature lessons and crafts or other activities, plus a hike. Each day will be exciting and different. Please bring a peanut-free snack and a drink. Make sure kids are dressed for the weather and wearing clothes that can get dirty. Many activities take place outdoors!
